Class Description

Beginner Belly Dance is a 5 month course covering the foundation of all belly dance movements. You can enroll in this class anytime.

Intermediate Belly Dance
is an ongoing class that can be joined after completing 5 months in beginner belly dance. Focus is on short combinations, zills, veil, & choreography.

*Advanced Belly Dance
is an ongoing class. The main focus of this class is performance. This class focuses on advanced choreography, zills, veil, & combinations.

Children's Belly Dance
is for ages 4-8. This class is a fun upbeat class where little girls will learn fun steps, choreography & some history of bellydancing.

Follow My Belly
is a fun 30 minute class of non-stop bellydancing in a follow-the-leader style.

Stretch & Tone is a 30 minute exercise class. This class incorporates light handheld weights and targets arms, stomach, legs, and the waistline.

Yoga/Pilates is a stretch & relexation class incorporating rhythmic beats, hiphop, and jazz fusion for revitalizing the mind, body, and soul.

Beginner Exotic Dance is designed to empower the sensual you. Learn to "drop it like it's hot' through movements and music. Your sexiest high heeled shoes are optional.

Advanced Exotic Dance is a fun filled hour for those that know how to work it. Offering more intriguing moves. Bring your best platform heels.

Beginner Pole Dance is a fun filled class building on the exotic dance format. It is recommended that participants attend at least 2 months of exoctic dance before moving on to this class. Class size is limited to 10 students.

Advanced Pole Dance is funfilled hour for the know how to work the pole. Offering more impressive movements and swings. Wear your shortest shorts.

Fat Burner is a 30-minute exercise class. This will incorporate weights, bands, towels for the effect of burning fat. Be ready to sweat!
