Anahata Belly Dance Company is a professional dance troupe comprised of four talented ladies. All lifelong dancers, Kinza, Caroline, Malika, and Rasha truly found their calling when they discovered belly dance several years ago at Crescent Moon. Performing not only American cabaret style belly dance but also Tribal Fusion, they blend their traditional dance backgrounds wth the many faces of modern belly dance to create an ecelectic style that is all their own.

The ladies of Anahata are particularly known for their seamless choreography and energetic stage presence. They are available for corporate events, private parties, restaurant and seminar shows, haflas, and weddings. Their love of dance and for each other shines through in every performance making Anahata Belly Dance Company the perfect addition to any festive occasion.

Name Origin

Anahata is Sanskrit for unstruck sound or "sound that is made without any two things striking". It is the fourth chakra, the heart chakra. Anahata describes a state where we are no longer fighting or confronting what we love but moving with it in graceful harmony.

~That is the goal of Anahata Belly Dance Company, to move together as one in graceful harmony.~
